In simple words, a good leader has to have a heart that's bigger than his or her ego. Experience, skills, and intelligence can be developed over time, but if a leader does not feel for the people then there is not a single reason for him or her to be in the position to start with. I look up to the likes of Martin Luther King, Jr., Mother Teresa, and Mahatma Gandhi for putting their people first. ( read more)

I am inspired by people, myself included, who strive to make a difference. Some people say “life is beautiful,” but when you really think about it life is not always beautiful, which is a daily reminder for millions of people.
